This role is responsible for leading a team, expanding market share, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions to our clients in the region. Job Responsibilities * Develop and execute the regional SAP business strategy, aligning with global objectives and market opportunities. * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SAP professionals across various countries. * Drive revenue growth and profitability for the SAP practice in EMEA through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. * Oversee the successful delivery of complex SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and SAP representatives in the EMEA region. * Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging SAP technologies to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. * Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively. * Represent Hitachi Digital Services at industry events, conferences, and customer forums. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP consulting and implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing regional teams and P&amp;L. * Proven track record of success in driving significant revenue growth and market share within the SAP ecosystem in EMEA. * Deep understanding of various SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, SRM, BI) and industry best practices. * Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels. * Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and results-oriented approach. * Ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region as required.  <h1>About us</h1>We’re a global team of innovators.
