We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement – your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.<h1>Job description</h1>We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer with 2+ years of experience in full-stack application development, strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Elasticsearch, AWS, and Angular, and hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered development tools and Generative AI solutions.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java/Spring Boot and Angular.</li><li>Design and implement REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.</li><li>Build and optimize Elasticsearch indexes, mappings, and Query DSL.</li><li>Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, AppSync, CloudWatch).</li><li>Integrate applications with LLM/Generative AI services such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, or Claude.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, CI/CD implementation, testing, and production support.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>2+ years of software development experience.</li><li>Strong English communication skills.</li><li>Strong proficiency in:<ul><li>Java, Spring Boot</li><li>REST API, SQL/Database</li><li>Elasticsearch (Index, Mapping, Query DSL, Java Integration)</li><li>Angular (preferred), React, or Vue.js</li><li>AWS Cloud Services</li></ul></li><li>Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile development.</li><li>Hands-on use of GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI coding assistants.</li><li>Experience with AI-enabled applications, RAG, or LLM integrations.</li><li>Knowledge of Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Docker, and Kubernetes.</li><li>AWS certification</li></ul><h1>About us</h1>We’re a global, team of innovators.
