<ul><li>Perform field service activities, including the installation, commissioning, testing, operation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and upgrade of sorting equipment.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term success.</li><li>Maintain a regular on-site presence to ensure customer service level agreements are consistently achieved.</li><li>Train and support customer maintenance and service personnel to ensure effective equipment operation and maintenance.</li><li>Ensure field service activities are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.</li><li>Deliver technical phone support and field response to customer and equipment issues, including participation in a rostered weekend on-call schedule.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and providing feedback to enhance quality, efficiency, and profitability</li><li>Coordinate with customers and internal project teams to support the successful integration of TOMRA sorting equipment, from point of sale through to commissioning and post-commissioning activities.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including Applications and Engineering Design, both within North America and internationally, to support customer and project requirements.</li><li>Contribute to a positive workplace culture by demonstrating and promoting professional, collaborative behaviours.</li></ul><p> </p>
