Job Description:The Logistics Inventory Trainee will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Logistics Inventory Manager. Work will be performed without appreciable direction</li><li>Create a program/method to identify inconsistency transactions on a monthly basis that are supposed to be transacted as per title transfer but are not done and reporting to finance especially at the Quarter end is very critical.</li></ul><ul><li>Leads and /or participates in skills networks to drive organizational growth and logistics initiatives.</li><li>Reporting to Finance (Reconciliation Report/ Post month end report/ Accrued…)</li><li>Collaborate with managers or stakeholders to determine effective solutions.</li><li>Set up and provide regular reports and data relating to specific areas of the logistics process such as receipts/fulfillment analysis.</li><li>Utilize knowledge and research methods to benchmark logistics activities and to drive best practice results</li><li>Work with Logistics and cross-functional teams to resolve issues as and when required</li><li>Work towards and support a culture of continuous improvement and work to make business and department improvements wherever possible and adhere to company core values.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors/Forwarders/Warehouses to ensure a smooth operation when shipments are delivered to warehouses.</li><li>Monitor inventory transactions and error corrections to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.</li><li>Must know about SOX control audit procedure and compliance</li></ul>Here is some of what you will need (required):<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with (3-5) years of experience in the Manufacturing/logistics/freight forwarding industry.</li><li>Familiar with international trade terms and processes.</li><li>Working flexibility as per US time zone.</li><li>Very good communication skills</li></ul>Here are a few of our preferred experiences:<ul><li>Intermediate to advance excel skills/power BI tools etc.</li></ul>At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
