By translating factory needs into product solutions, you will help improve how manufacturing capabilities are integrated, monitored, and continuously optimized across our production environment. ON-SITE COLLABORATION  Regular on-site work at our Richen production plant is expected. You will work closely with software developers, automation engineers, industrial engineers, and production stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of the manufacturing environment, discover opportunities, validate solutions, and support successful product adoption. <h2>What You'll Be Doing </h2><ul><li>Drive end-to-end product development, from discovery through delivery and iteration with a focus on process creation and improvement, scoping manufacturing system integration, operational data availability, and simulation of manufacturing processes / production capabilities </li><li>Translate business needs into clear product roadmaps, and actionable requirements </li><li>Ensure alignment of product goals with business objectives, operational efficiency, and customer needs </li><li>Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to build and launch high-impact solutions </li><li>Use data and user feedback to inform decisions, validate solutions, and continuously improve products </li><li>Drive transparency and alignment through clear documentation and stakeholder communication </li><li>Focus on documenting processes or support their documentation </li><li>Identify opportunities to optimize product performance </li><li>Develop a deep understanding of production processes, machine capabilities, operational workflows, and constraints </li><li>Collaborate with production teams to align product decisions with factory realities </li><li>Support efforts in product standardization, complexity reduction, and cost optimization </li></ul><h2>What You Bring </h2>Experience <ul><li>3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B, industrial technology, manufacturing, automation, or platform environments. </li><li>Experience working with software products and technical systems in manufacturing, automation, industrial data, simulation, machine integration, or related technology domains. </li><li>Proven success in driving digital product initiatives and delivering outcomes in cross-functional environments involving engineering, software development, and operational stakeholders. </li><li>Experience translating operational challenges and business needs into product roadmaps, requirements, and resulting scalable solutions. </li></ul>Education <ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Automation Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline. </li><li>Equivalent professional experience combined with a strong track record in Product Management will also be considered. </li></ul>Skills <ul><li>Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities. </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, strong collaboration and the ability to align diverse stakeholders </li><li>Ability to understand technical systems and translate complexity into clear product decisions and priorities. </li><li>Familiarity with agile product development methodologies  </li><li>Skills in Product Brief writing, process mapping and in management of roadmaps </li><li>Working with AI tools (Artificial Intelligence) to improve productivity in daily work </li><li>Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities. </li></ul><h2>What we offer</h2><ul><li>An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days.  </li><li>Flexible, hybrid work: You can work from home or come into the office on the schedule that works best for you.
