Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>General Ledger Accounting<ul><li>Manage daily GL activities including journal entries, accruals, provisions, reversals, payroll postings, and foreign exchange related transactions.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP requirements.</li><li>Support the maintenance and consistency of financial master data and accounting structures.</li></ul>Tax &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, withholding taxes, and other local tax requirements.</li><li>Manage Confirmation of Arrivals (CoA), and EU reporting requirements where applicable.</li><li>Support statutory and regulatory compliance activities.</li></ul>Closing &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.</li><li>Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation required.</li></ul>Treasury &amp; Payments<ul><li>Execute manual and mass payment runs.</li><li>Support cash reporting and treasury-related activities.</li></ul>Audit Support<ul><li>Support internal and external audits.</li><li>Prepare audit documentation and ensure timely responses to auditors.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.</li><li>Experience: 2–3 years of experience in accounting roles, R2R or similar roles.</li><li>Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles; familiarity with IFRS is considered a plus.</li><li>Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.</li><li>Languages: Excellent proficiency in English.</li><li>Personal Attributes: Proactive mindset, strong problem‑solving attitude, team‑oriented approach, flexibility, and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%).</li></ul>‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
