 The Senior Manager, Professional Services will be responsible for building and guiding customer-facing teams that will help our customers onboard and implement Aurora solutions into their company environment. As a leader, this role will help develop an organization that partners and consults with the new and existing Aurora customers, and hires and trains staff to fulfill these objectives. The Professional Services teams are responsible for identifying how Aurora’s powerful products fit into a client’s workflow and add value by eliminating manual steps, automating processes, and increasing the speed and efficiency of designing and selling solar. This role also works closely with our product and engineering teams to provide feedback and suggestions on product improvements. A successful candidate in this role will have experience building a successful Professional Services team, deep knowledge on Onboarding and Implementation, and great communication skills across internal and external teams.

What you'll do:

  • Direct, manage, and mentor Onboarding and Implementation Services team members and managers to drive effective implementations, plan customer solutions, and deliver services.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and technology based on industry standards to manage a growing organization and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Sales Engineers and Customer Success Managers to collaboratively validate solutions that meet business, sales, design processes, and operation needs.
  • Define technical requirements necessary to implement software-based, value-added solutions for our clients and lead strategic engagements with our largest customers.
  • Validate product feedback from sales teams, customer success teams, and client requirements, then partner with product and engineering to achieve product improvements.
