We are looking for Talent Acquisition Partner who will be focusing on being a true business partner to our hiring managers in North America, especially the USA. You’ll be responsible for understanding current and future hiring needs, translating these into proactive sourcing strategies. You will be the single point of contact for our hiring managers from when the recruitment starts to the candidate’s first day, working with Talent Sourcing Coordinators and HR colleagues to manage the different stages of the process.    Position details:   <ul><li>Location: Open to applicants based in Colombia, Mexico (CDMX), and Argentina.</li><li>Work model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.</li><li>Contract type: Indefinite  </li></ul>Key responsibilities: <ul><li>Ownership of end-to-end recruiting cycle for North American vacancies, using cost-effective techniques and in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.</li><li>Support business with high level expertise in current external candidate market, recruitment process, and other relevant HR guidelines </li><li>Recommend optimal sourcing strategies that optimize talent supply, cost and time to hiring managers.  </li><li>Provide recommendations on qualification criteria for each position and ensure a highly effective engagement assessment process</li><li>Delivering coaching and/or training to upskill our hiring managers in recruiting and assessment</li><li>Align sourcing with Wärtsilä People Narrative, and support creation of specific employer brand messaging and communication plans for these </li><li>Support candidate interviews where necessary during various hiring stages including phone, first-round and second-round interviews</li><li>Develop effective relationships with key recruitment agencies and, setting KPIs, managing engagement, tracking performance and measuring quality</li><li>For niche and senior roles taking responsibility of sourcing, assessing and interviewing candidates</li><li>Participate in piloting, testing and scaling new ways of workings within your region to ensure business engagement.  </li></ul>Required qualifications to apply:  <ul><li>Bachelor´s degree in HR, Business, Physiology or related fields.</li><li>Advance English communications skills is a must.</li><li>At least 5 years as a senior recruiter or talent acquisition partner.</li><li>At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience in the U.S. market. </li></ul>Nice to have (Plus): <ul><li>intermediate – advanced Portuguese communication skills.</li><li>Previous experience recruiting blue collar roles.</li><li>Previous experience in the Energy, Oil &amp; Gas, or Mining industries.</li></ul> To be successful in this role, you’ll take high pride in providing an outstanding candidate and manager experience from start to finish.
