About the team

We are a small but mighty Talent Team tasked with epic scale and intentional growth. As the wider Twelve team builds for the future of climate, we’re focused on ensuring we scale our people as thoughtfully as we scale our product. The team owns hiring across the entire organization and reports directly to our Head of Talent. Job Brief

We are looking for a driven individual to help keep everyone on the same page. In this role, you will partner with talent team members, hiring managers across the organization, Twelve interviewers, and candidates to ensure everyone’s aligned. You’ll help us design and implement an exquisite candidate experience for onsite and virtual candidates. This is the perfect role for an aspiring sourcer, recruiter, or program manager.

What You Will Do

  • You will set the standard at Twelve for positive candidate experience. 
  • As the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders you’ll be hyper focused on building strong relationships 
  • You will schedule high-volume candidate interviews within Twelve’s applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse. 
  • You will manage onsite interview logistics with an eagle eye for details 
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve and streamline existing processes 
  • Drive varied projects with a sense of accountability and sound judgment

  • When it comes to written communication, you’re a stickler; correct grammar, detailed schedules, correct spelling… These things are important to you. 
  • Amongst friends, you might be the vacation planner, birthday organizer, or even just the grammar corrector. Reliable, organized, and detailed. 
  • You’re empathetic. You care about the experience you’re creating for those around you, and are willing to go out of your way to make sure it’s positive. 
  • You can work autonomously. We’ll (obviously) train you for the role, but on a day to day basis, it’ll be up to you to get things done.
