Special Assistant

Washington, D.C.

 

Boundary Stone Partners (BSP) is seeking a highly motivated Special Assistant to join our fast-growing team of climate, clean energy, mobility, and space experts in Washington, D.C. This position is hybrid, with the expectation of being in the DC office approximately three days a week. The salary range for this position is 45k–55k.

About The Role

 

The Special Assistant will support BSP’s Federal Finance and LPO Team in client engagement, management, and government affairs execution with leading companies, non-profits, trade associations, and financial institutions. Core responsibilities include:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration and project management needs of BSP’s Federal Financing practice group.
  • Maintain an organized system of tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks and projects related to client deliverables; take notes for key meetings for follow up actions and reporting
  • Draft memos, correspondences, and other materials; respond to written and verbal inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide logistical support to BSP Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents for client meetings, as well as scheduling of meetings and tracking follow-up tasks
  • Develop and track proposals for new client engagements
  • Create content for internal and external purposes
  • Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned

 

About You

  • 0 - 2 years of experience, recent graduates encouraged to apply
  •  Strong interest in clean energy and climate solutions
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills 
  • Capable of competently and efficiently balancing multiple projects
  • Highly organized, strategic thinker with polished oral and written presentation skills
  • Can balance long and short-term priorities to deliver results
  • Resourceful and entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves, and not afraid to think outside the box
  • Want to work with a team who values collegiality and a sense of humor
