Role Description
As the Senior Payroll, Benefits & HRIS Administrator at Form Energy, you’ll report directly to the Total Rewards Manager and have responsibilities in Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS. You will be responsible for administering payroll for hourly and salaried employees using the ADP platform, managing the administration of benefits enrollment, providing first-tier assistance to employees, and being the liaison to outside vendors. You will also be responsible for maintaining employees' compensation and benefits fields and assist with open enrollment.

What You'll Do:

  • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll with speed, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
  • Interpret pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, workers compensation, union contracts, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.) and ensure appropriate amounts/deductions are calculated and applied to the various accounts correctly. 
  • Coordinate with Finance, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits to ensure employees are paid correctly and efficiently. 
  • Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims within federal and state regulations.
  • Inform employees of the benefit program details and resolve employee queries.
  • Assist in planning, developing, and redesigning company benefits programs and analyzing benefit costs. 
  • Maintain accurate data in the HRIS system.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-7 years of related experience
  • Experience with ADP desired
  • FPC or CPP certification desired
  • Experience with payroll administration required
  • Experience in benefits, human resources, and/or HRIS desired
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits distribution
  • Strong attention to detail
