About the Role
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Vice President and multiple Directors in the Government Affairs Organization. Our ideal candidate will thrive in our innovative, fast-paced, and growing organization, expanding their skill set and abilities in pace with the company. What you’ll be doing:
Understand the priorities and objectives of your leaders and their teams and act as gatekeeper, time-advocate, and liaison for all executives you support. This includes arranging travel, schedule transit, and make reservations for executives and leaders
Assist with preparation and formatting of presentation materials and documents while coordinating various meetings, functions, and events including quarterly retreats and team-building offsites
Manage various team systems like meetings, team calendars, and team Slack channels
Act as a point person: support team requests inside and outside your organization, problem-solve, and assist with keeping the team on-track and organized
Be a culture-contributor: oversee department culture initiatives, track, highlight, and celebrate important team cultural/career moments
What you must have:
BA/BS or equivalent experience and 4-5 years of related work experience and general knowledge within functional area
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to navigate various professional dynamics
Be a self-starter that can take a task and run with it and learn new systems quickly
Have the ability to think ahead and be proactive while maintaining high levels of confidentiality
Are a creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and experience managing projects
Excellent calendar and time management skills
