SUMMARY

Nexamp is seeking a senior Salesforce administrator to support and extend its platform in support of our internal teams.  You will work hands-on and in planning extensions to Nexamp’s installation. 

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Maintain and extend a several hundred seat environment supporting two distinct business domains 
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and execute field creation requests, validation rule implementation, custom objects, new record types and Approval flows, along with queue management and complex assignment rules 
  • Work with and upskill Jr administrators 
  • Act as Salesforce SME in organizational software projects including integrations with adjacent systems 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Full understanding of Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange 
  • Expert at automation via building flows and validation rules 
  • Expert Lightning interface configuration and building complex reports and dashboards 

Manage the integration of connected applications, including Docusign, Pardot, Power BI, Dialpad and/or The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented, and a team player. 

Key qualifications are as follows: 

  • 4+ years Salesforce administrative experience handling all aspects of CRM, case management, and platform maintenance 
  • 2+ years of experience programming or supporting Triggers and Apex Code. 
  • Salesforce Administrator (201), Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM11) or Salesforce Platform Developer (401) 
  • Self-starter who flourishes in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong collaborator with customer focus 
  • DLRS
