Our Account Management team is growing at Wunder and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative! In this role, you’ll work closely with the Account Management team to identify and qualify leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and ultimately accelerate the deployment of renewable energy resources. Your day-to-day will include:
Building a pipeline of qualified solar development projects for our Account Management team through prospecting, cold calling, and working closely with your counterparts on the Account Management team
Researching, contacting and qualifying leads for the Account Management Team (inbound and outbound)
Creating and evolving effective email and social media strategies for outreach to prospects
Working closely with the Account Management Team to support and execute on their strategies
Updating and becoming an expert in Salesforce and Astra (our internal software)
Working cross-functionally and creating strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
Learning and aiding in critical skills in the sales process like meeting preparation, follow-up and closing
Passionate about renewable energy and making an impact
Recent graduate with an internship or 1-2 years of business development experience
Intelligent, curious and driven to succeed in a career in tech startups and sales
Hard-working and persistent, putting in the time before and after meetings to deliver great results
Openness to coaching and training
The base salary range for this role is $64,800 - $90,200 per year, plus equity in the form of stock options. Wunder determines the successful candidate's compensation package throughout the interview process based on experience and expertise, and the final compensation package will be discussed with the candidate during the final stages of the interview process.
