The Opportunity:

We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for change management and the definition of new sales & business processes to make optimal use of new digital product capabilities and features. You will work cross-functionally across several teams to ensure operational readiness for the adoption and use of product technology. You will play a central role in the success of the product rollouts by acting as a nexus between product, engineering, sales and supply teams in promoting how we execute on new features and drive future growth. 

The position will report to the VP of Digital Product and play a key role in the growth of our organization. You will succeed by formulating a successful rollout strategy that includes training for internal teams, enables early adoption and use of product features, and a feedback cadence of most pressing gaps. You will succeed by anticipating bottlenecks, managing escalations, evaluating trade-off decisions, and working cross-functionally with leaders and individual contributors to balance business priorities against timeline and bandwidth constraints.

The Program Manager should have a passion for Change Management and Digital Product as disciplines and for enabling internal teams. The right candidate is capable of successful project management by being a strong communicator, able to work with multiple stakeholders, and comfortable in an ambiguous role.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • You will serve as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, and Sales and Supply stakeholder(s) for the rollout of new products, to get signoff from department leaders, and to get buy-in from the team.
  • You will lead change management, including creating training materials, among the sales team, supply team and engineering (Run) team to ensure complete and accurate understanding & usage of new features by the team.
  • Perform needs analysis for new and existing digital products in order to plan, identify, and prioritize process creation.
  • Create and manage strong feedback loop processes between team and leadership on new & existing features. 
  • On an ongoing basis you will identify existing business processes and optimize those processes to work with new or modified products.
  • Work with different members of the organization to align strategic planning, product launch, product training, legal, sales and operational processes.
  • Drive information flow and regularly communicate and report on milestones, plans, status and decisions to the project/development team and management
  • Identify and analyze growth opportunities in our product adoptions strategies and execution by working with sales, marketing, and enablement cross-functional partners
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end business process documentation for all systems and products
  • Define process performance measures in collaboration with operational owners and assess performance against metrics and use of business intelligence solutions
  • Efficiently handle change and risk, collaborating with your colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time. Ensure appropriate communication occurs, and that plans are adjusted to reflect changes in goals and requirements.

Who you are:

  • 2-4+ years of experience as a Program Manager OR Project Management
  • Very strong operational thinking a must; Change management experience a huge plus
  • Experience in organizing and executing cross-functional initiatives as well as building/designing programs in a hyper-growth environment
  • Product oriented; Ability to organize and manage product development team to commercialize timelines and ensure training and processes are rolled out on time in parallel with technology rollouts
  • You are a crystal-clear communicator with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • Can exercise judgment and analytical skills in ambiguous situations 
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • An ability to identify better ways of working at scale through building new mechanisms and processes, and to deliver against goals on time with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Outstanding attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture (strategy versus tactics versus tasks).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions 
  • Skilled in negotiating and problem-solving with both internal & external stakeholders
  • Understanding of marketplaces, ecommerce, and / or online marketing a huge plus
  • Ideally has some experience/knowledge of Salesforce
