Aeroseal needs a National Sales Representative-AeroBarrier Canada

Position Description:

To be effective in the role as a National Sales Representative you’ll have a proven track record selling technology solutions and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You are passionate about creating value for your customers and have the courage to ask the right questions critical to your customer’s success. You’ll identify the right decision-makers and influencers in target regions and possess excellent communication skills. You believe in the benefits of Aeroseal solutions and have a high level of commitment to delivering on your goals.

Responsibilities:

● Deliver increased sales growth and customer satisfaction through strong account management, customer service, and negotiations.

● Develop and cultivate prospects, drive relationship building, needs assessment, and customer education.

● Represent the company at trade association shows, conducting the product demonstrations and industry presentations.

● Utilize and maintain a pipeline of sales activity through Customer Relationship Management software.

● Build relationships with current and potential AeroBarrier / Aeroseal dealer network.

● Identify target regions for equipment & dealership expansion.

● Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes and operations.

● Staying up-to-date with changes and developments in the Construction industry.


Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Communication or Liberal Arts preferred.

● Minimum of 3 years with demonstrated success in sales/business development.

● Construction Industry experience a plus.

● Self-motivated and self-directed.

● Experience with lead generation and prospect management.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.

● The ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

● Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

● Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.

● A desire for continuous learning.
