About the role

The Experiential Marketing Manager will anchor Afresh’s customer acquisition and expansion with an intense focus on driving engagement with our target accounts. We are looking for an expert in ABM and field orchestration. You will be driving the strategy and execution of our Account-Based Marketing strategy, and will be driving Afresh’s demand strategy and execution with 3rd party and owned events. You will deeply collaborate across the marketing function, as well as with cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, product management. For example:

  • Lead ABM alignment and strategy to get the door open and continually engage Tier 1 and 2 target accounts in the grocery industry.
  • Lead conference and event planning, while activating field teams to maximize prospect engagement before, during and after those events.
  • Develop and test new demand generation ideas as applicable for target and prospective accounts
  • Collaborate on digital demand and nurture campaigns
  • Collaborate on content and product marketing strategy and launches
  • Collaborate on marketing operations requirements, as well as deliver/maintain data hygiene for your marketing functions
  • Collaborate with sales and product on message and targeting optimization to ensure compelling and effective deliverables
  • Deliver attributable marketing sourced and assisted pipeline
  • Deliver and distribute details on internal marketing ABM and Events calendars, and logistics guidance for participants

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with both ABM and Events Marketing
  • 2+ years direct Sales Enablement experience
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and analytics best practices
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other Business related field
  • Proficient in Marketing Automation Platforms like Hubspot, Marketo, etc.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM
  • Proficient in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong writing and english language skills
  • Preferred experience marketing to enterprise-level prospect and customer accounts
  • Preferred experience in companies serving global markets (specifically EMEA)
