Waterplan is a fast-growing startup in the Climate Tech Space that develops a B2B Enterprise SaaS platform for companies to measure, respond, report and monitor  increasingly changing water risk.

 

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Revenue Operations to join the Revenue team at Waterplan.

 

You will be working in a fully remote distributed team across multiple disciplines at a science-oriented company and you will do this hand in hand (constant communication) with Jose Ignacio Galindo, co-founder and CEO and Nicolás Wertheimer, co-founder, and CSO at Waterplan.

About your core focus

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who wants to be part of a fast-growing company and a brilliant ambitious team. Your mission will be to contact and connect with potential users of our platform as help execute our Social Media strategy.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leads and pipeline generator - build new sales opportunities through creative outbound tactics

  • Maintain nurturing communications with established leads and identify the appropriate stage to transfer them to the Sales team

  • Generate sales meetings from outbound and inbound calling, emailing, and social media. Keep an organized pipeline and follow up prospects via phone or email 

  • Collaborate and execute Waterplan’s Social Media strategy

  • Represent Waterplan with a high degree of integrity and professionalism

  • Ensure each lead is well qualified and a solid opportunity for the sales team

  • Create and manage reliable data lists based on industry trends and information. Understand and review market trends

  • Manage and maintain a robust CRM

     

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

  • Be a proactive team player to help expand our network

  • Proven success from previous B2B SaaS SDR experience (6 months to 1 year)

  • You have outstanding and innovative outbound prospecting, email/phone/cold calls skills, and can sympathize with our potential users.

  • Your have excellent communication and organizational skills

  • A naturally born team player, you pride yourself with having a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. You are attentive to details and able to adapt to a faced paced environment

Nice to have skills

  • Previous utilized these tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn

  • Spanish is a plus

  • Previous experience in the Climate-Tech Space
