Job Summary

May Mobility is entering an exciting phase of growth and our team is expanding quickly. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager/Director to lead our revenue operations arm, supporting and guiding the overall Commercial team to increase the team’s effectiveness and efficiency for revenue retention and growth. This role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and will operate cross functionally with stakeholders across Finance, Business Development, Legal, Marketing, Channels & partnerships, Operations, Product, and Engineering. 

Job Priorities 

  • Identifies and forecasts opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the commercial team
  • Surfaces and identifies patterns that could lead to revenue growth or at risk 
  • Monitors and presents on the status of contract renewals for active customers
  • Supports goals and outcomes of the commercial team and overall business; works closely with the finance team and business development team for revenue generation targets 
  • Partners with the finance department to develop and periodically update revenue projections
  • Works closely with different departmental heads to create dashboards and report on insights. Track KPIs across:  
  •  Marketing – cost per lead, lead conversion rates, lead cycle time, ad-hoc analysis
  •  Sales - pipeline growth trends, pipeline velocity, territory sustainability thresholds, ad-hoc analysis
  • Business – customer acquisition cost, cost per opportunity per channel, ad-hoc analysis, adoption rates, growth rates, lifetime value
  • Maintain integrity of revenue growth related data 
  • Thought partner for strategic new initiatives in conjunction with channel partnership, business development, policy and marketing teams 

Requirements 

  • Microsoft excel modeling 
  • Has worked at a fast paced high growth technology company; work with transportation, mobility or TNCs a plus 
  • 5 years of revenue operations or revenue enablement experience with MBA 
  • Preferred knowledge of B2B SaaS model 
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Monday, Salesforce) 
  • Bachelor’s of Science
