What are the main responsibilities of the role?
The Operations Associate will be working directly with our General Counsel and Operations Manager across a wide-array of tasks required to setup and scale an early-stage company. We need someone who is excited to get their hands dirty, to work broadly, and gets energy from building new operational systems and getting stuff done. The role will include but not be limited to:
- Updating our recruiting system
- Creating our SOPs for contract management
- Supporting the establishment of our HR systems
- Managing the migration our IT service provider
- Updating our onboarding procedures for new hires
- Supporting the management of our payroll procedures
- Proactively spotting operational gaps and providing solutions
- Programme management of wider operational activities

The Operations Associate is responsible to our General Counsel & Operations Manager. This role would be ideally based in London, but other locations can also be considered.

- Demonstrated results in effective delivery and day-to-day operational excellence
- An understanding of nature-based solutions is desirable but not a must
