The Finance Associate will be working directly with our General Counsel and Operations Manager across a wide- array of tasks required to setup and scale an early-stage company. We need someone who is excited to get their hands dirty, to work broadly, and who has high levels of detail orientation and quality control. The role may include but not be limited to:
- Day-to-day financial tasks, including executing payments and expense control
- Tracking company expenditure against forecasts and budget
- Cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly payroll
- Prepare financial reporting to investors, corporate partners and other stakeholders
- Reporting into our Ops Manager on our company-wide finances
- Establishing our expenses systems

The Finance Associate is responsible to our General Counsel & Operations Manager. This role would be ideally based in London, but other locations can also be considered.

- Demonstrated results in management of accounting and finances
- An understanding of nature-based solutions is desirable but not a must
