We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts by crafting and executing a long-term, global marketing strategy. You’ll be working closely with the CEO and CBO to strengthen Odyssey’s presence and reputation amongst financial institutions and project developers.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and implement Odyssey’s advertising and promotional activities
- Build and implement a compelling social media presence for the company and key leaders
- Execute effective, impactful product marketing launches
- Build and refine marketing collateral, including pitch decks, product sheets, and more
- Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches across the organization’s key geographic focus areas
- Prepare effective B2B advertising campaigns based on market research
- Collaborate with senior executives across key business lines to implement growth plans for the organization
About You
- At least 3-4 years of experience in scaling software businesses, with exposure to energy desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing lifecycle from brand development, content creation to execution of paid and organic strategies
- Experience formulating KPI-driven marketing goals and managing toward those metrics
- Track record of managing third party vendors and agencies to achieve plans within budget
- Ability to determine and communicate business needs based on market insights
- Experience marketing to international customers is a plus

Flexible – we are a remote-first company with employees across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. US East Coast or Europe preferred to overlap with coworkers.
