We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. 
The Human Resources Coordinator is an integral part of the Beyond Meat People team. You will provide support in areas such as HR processes, performance management, recruitment scheduling/coordination, and special HR projects. You will work collaboratively with the HR Business Partner team to improve the HR talent function, ensuring alignment with the Company’s business objectives.
Please note: Beyond Meat is working 5-days a week on site, in El Segundo, CA.

TASKS, DUTIES, & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the People Operations team, Talent Acquisition, and other cross-functional team members on developing processes and iterating on existing ones to create greater efficiency
  • Maintain and update internal HR documentation, including transfer/promotion letters and approval forms, job descriptions, immigration, etc.
  • In partnership with HRBP team, assist with internal movement requests and departures alongside cross functional partners
  • Drive continuous process improvement in a rapidly changing business
  • Ensure top quality customer service is provided for all clients
  • Assist with special projects as assigned
  • Model and reinforce our cultural values of being smart, kind, and creative!
  • Provide recruitment administration and coordination support to Talent Acquisition team 
  • Participate in employer branding projects and assist with recruiting events

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience required 
  • 0-1 years’ experience in recruiting human resources or equivalent work experience 
  • Experience in scheduling, administration, and other recruiting coordination 
  • Preferred experience working in the food, biochemical, or pharmaceutical industries 
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment 
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills
