Our goal is to use farmland to cool the earth. We are currently monitoring 200 million acres of land in over 45 countries. This year alone, with just one project, our carbon emissions reductions are equivalent to taking 17,000 cars off the road! We are already on our way to a more sustainable planet.
Job Summary
We are at a pivotal moment for our team. We are operating a complex company that continues to grow and evolve significantly, which means we are building out our People Operations and Talent department. In addition, we are always improving our internal operations infrastructure.
The People & Culture team is a small and highly collaborative team. We are seeking someone who can be a utility player across the different functions: coordinating for the Talent team, providing administrative support to People Ops, and in general, helping with a tactical workload that is critically important to the efficiency of our operations as well as candidate and employee experience. For someone interested in gaining experience with a fast-moving start-up, this will be a great fit.

We are looking for someone with 3 years of work experience in a recruitment or similar HR role. Your work experience can come from different places/industries as long as you can demonstrate what you have learned.
