Full-Stack (UI/UX) Developer

Sustaine, bringing renewable energy to small business through our software-based service, seeks a senior full-stack (UI/UX) developer to work with a great team, solve complex problems, and promote sustainability. We deliver renewable energy, particularly to disadvantaged communities! Our platform models all the renewable options for a business and pulls the best to the top. The platform’s unusual design requires creative development. This job is only for those who can handle fully remote work as part of a small team. General:

• Experienced full-stack developer, 2+ years experience
• Strong UI/UX 
• Self starter; work both independently and with team
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Must be comfortable/effective in virtual office
• Sense of humor. Cookie predilection encouraged / Oreos preferred but must share with teammates…

UI/UX Specific:

• Rapid development of wireframes to mockups to prototypes
• Photoshop or like tool

Technical/Environment Must Have:

• PHP
• HTML5
• CSS/SCSS/SASS
• JavaScript / jQuery / AJAX
• OO Design
• Requirements interpretation
• Web Applications  
• Data modeling
