We’re looking for our first in-house recruiter to help define our talent acquisition strategy through our next phase of growth and ultimately drive our mission to provide decarbonization intelligence to the companies that need it the most. As Senior Recruiter, you’ll join our People Operations team and own the full candidate lifecycle. This is an opportunity to act as a true business partner, collaborating with leadership and building high-value talent initiatives!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with the leadership team and hiring managers across the organization (including technical and non-technical roles) to understand hiring needs and design and implement recruiting strategy
  • Own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing to offer, and be the main point of contact for all candidate and hiring manager communications
  • Evaluate existing practices and leverage data to improve candidate experience
  • Collaborate on employer branding - driving engagement and brand awareness
  • Provide market research and insights to the People Ops team to drive strategic decision-making
  • Develop a reliable candidate pipeline for future hiring - you thrive on building strong network connections
  • Serve as an ambassador for SINAI - engage with candidates about our mission and vision for a more sustainable future
  • Ensure data integrity with our ATS and other recruiting platforms

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting including 2+ years experience recruiting at a fast-growing startup preferred
  • 2+ years experience recruiting for technical engineering roles
  • Strong sourcing skills with track record of engaging top talent and passive candidates
  • Passionate about creating a world-class candidate experience and leveraging data to support continuous improvement
  • High level of integrity and emotional intelligence
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and building strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Operate with a high sense of ownership and urgency
  • Self-starter mentality with a commitment to excellence and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • An undergraduate degree is required
