What You Will Do

The Strategic Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and driving Aeroseal’s Residential marketing strategy.  He/she will be the leading voice of the market in the firm, developing a deep understanding of the residential market segments and customers, identifying new and emerging opportunities, and ensuring high quality and efficient delivery and execution of core marketing campaigns, lead generation, and other activities that are designed to grow the business.

Reports to:  VP/GM Residential, with a dotted line report to the Vice President, Marketing.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead market research and planning for entry or expansion into strategic growth markets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the residential market for Aeroseal, including a strong appreciation for the dealer network, the business model drivers, cycles and seasonality of market segments, awareness and insights into state and local codes, incentives and rebate programs for home improvements, energy efficiency and heating and cooling.
  • Project management of business unit marketing activities, including planning, execution and coordination across sales and marketing for market growth initiatives, lead generation, email campaigns, sales enablement content, webinars, newsletters, and logistics around trade shows.
  • Partner with Business Unit and Marketing leaders to develop annual and quarterly plans, assess performance of marketing activities, and constantly work to improve the impact and effectiveness of the Business Unit marketing efforts.
  • Ensure responsible financial management in line with plans and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • MBA preferred
  • 5 years of experience building and project managing marketing initiatives.
  • Strong B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience leading new market entry / market expansion initiatives
  • Ability to work in fasted paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams and business functions.
  • Ability to coordinate marketing initiatives including logistics.
