What You'll Do

  • Drive enterprise partner relationships through the lifecycle of partner projects with Aspiration’s Enterprise Services team. This includes, but is not limited to: Lead small teams to create and present high quality client deliverables; Act as the central point of contact across multi-year partner contracts; Collect and analyze partner data to develop greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventories for Scopes 1-3 aligned with the GHG Protocol; Demonstrate technical expertise to help craft sustainability strategies for corporate partner; Work with internal stakeholders and teams at various times during enterprise projects
  • Assist with internal sustainability initiatives, such as annual GHG footprinting and annual sustainability reporting for Aspiration
  • Model, analyze and assist with analysis & delivery of a range of carbon sourcing and GHG measurement projects
  • Collaborate with business development team to help scope out new partnerships and cross-sell on existing partnerships
  • Provide support to audit, financial, and other teams on items related to the pricing of new sustainability partnerships
  • Coordinate with marketing and compliance teams regarding Aspiration’s sustainability and environmental impact
  • Stay abreast on corporate sustainability trends, standards, and reporting requirements
  • Help manage and communicate the benefits of our projects in coordination with teams across the organization, including PR, Marketing, BD, Finance, Legal and others

What You'll Bring

  • Strong project and client management skills, working across multiple projects/partners at the same time
  • 5+ years experience in climate change and corporate sustainability
  • Professional presence with the ability to quickly establish personal credibility and demonstrate expertise
  • Experience with GHG footprinting, including Scopes 1-3
  • Exceptional quantitative analysis skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced growth-focused environment
  • Strong research, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, get things done attitude with the ability to work independently and with little supervision
  • Ability to work with, inspire and energize others, internal and external
