About the Role:  

Planet is looking for a self motivated, data driven individual to join our People team. This person will play an important role in our daily operations tasks to support our current and future employees. Get excited to be the go-to for questions about our employee resources, the liaison for international support, and host our bi-yearly wellness fair. This role plays an essential backbone to the recurring required internal support of the business.

Impact You’ll Own:

• Responsibility for North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific regions
• Benefits
• Visas and immigration processes
• Understanding of Employment Law basics
• HR compliance and reporting 
• Partner closely with Finance, Legal and HR colleagues to ensure policies are communicated effectively 
• Manage relationships with brokers, vendors, and service providers to manage benefit offerings (including benefit administration for US open enrollment) and field employee benefit questions
• Retirement plan administration and reporting
• Manage leaves of absence, worker’s compensation claims and workplace accommodations including ADA (US only)
• HRIS data and process auditing
• Basic knowledge of equity (stock) and related administration

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in a multinational Human Resources or People Operations related roles
• Compliance experience
• Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment
• Proven track record of reliability and responsibility
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Detail oriented, discreet and able to handle confidential information

Compensation (only applicable for Colorado applicants):

The base pay range targeted for this position in Colorado is: $60,300 - $122,000. This role is eligible for equity.

The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations.
