About the Role:  

The customer success strategy & operations team at Planet is seeking a new working student! The ideal candidate is a self-starter, goals oriented and has a keen interest in customer success, data, systems or operations. You will help drive value realization across all customer success functions by supporting our key activities and driving efficiencies. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to different internal functions, company metrics, processes and systems.

Impact You’ll Own:

  • Working closely with Strategy and Operations manager supporting strategic projects
  • Managing GCS helpdesk for customer success operations
  • Owning our function-wide monthly meeting agenda, ensuring that content is delivered on time
  • Maintain and update our wiki and google drive
  • Support systems manager in ensuring data integrity
  • Support regional CCSO and CS directors in adoption of tools, processes and other ad hoc requests

  • Interest in business operations and customer success
