Job Description:

Atomo is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse + Fulfillment Lead. You are an expert in your field and understand the importance and excitement of working in a start-up environment, which includes wearing many hats and being flexible with timelines and direction.

As a critical member of the operations team, you will bring strong tactical, analytical, relationship-building and communication skills to the table, reporting directly to the Purchasing + Logistic Manager. The Warehouse + Fulfillment Lead will operate across many departments by supporting Supply Chain with shipping, tracking, and receiving of shipments and Operations with product fulfillment and production support as well as other duties needed within the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Track packaging and finished goods inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained 

  • Ensure inbound product is received and accurate to purchase order

  • Inspect finished goods for damage and irregularities 

  • Assemble, pack, ship, and monitor outbound shipments in transit from facility to destination

  • Troubleshoot outbound delivery issues

  • File parcel and LTL freight claims

  • Work in tandem with the sales team to get product out to customers

  • Support production, facilities, and sanitation on site as needed

  • Assist operations team with any additional projects as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Self starter and motivated to take lead on projects- brings a sense of urgency

  • Committed to being a team player and understands the importance of flexibility in a startup environment

  • Understands the importance of good stewardship: teamwork and community involvement

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • NetSuite and/or database management experience preferred but not required

  • Familiar with LTL/FTL freight and FedEx/UPS shipments preferred

  • A great sense of humor, enjoys building comradery in the workplace and is ready to rise to the occasion of creating a new future for beverage manufacturing 

  • Technical proficiencies in Google or Microsoft Suite, Slack, and Smartsheets (preferred but not required). Excel/Sheets high proficiency required.

  • 1-3 years of experience with inventory and purchase management

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or relevant experience preferred, but not required.

  • Valid Driver’s License preferred

  • Forklift certified preferred, will train

Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to:

  • Sit and/or stand for extend periods of time 

  • Walk, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, and climb over equipment within the production area as well as loading zones

  • Converse in a range of environments from loud production areas to office space.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly with good form

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, however louder noise levels may be experienced when production is occurring or when maintenance work is being performed. Environmental conditions in the plant include exposure to elevated surfaces, vibration, moving objects, noise, slippery floors, electrical hazards, heat, and mechanical hazards.

Additional Details:Pay Range: $27-32 per hour (potential to move into a salary position)
