Lime is hiring a Revenue Senior Accountant to join our Revenue team! In this role, you will report into the Revenue team in the Penang SSC Finance Team. You will be joining a group of dedicated people from different backgrounds but all working towards a common goal, financial reporting of the highest accuracy and completeness within our capabilities.

 We are a remote first company and for many roles, we welcome applications from anywhere we operate. It is preferred that this role is based within 90 minutes from our Penang, Malaysia office.

What You'll Do:

• Manage revenue recognition and cash receipts for worldwide entities. Work closely with management, technical accounting team and external auditors to ensure the company is compliant with the latest revenue recognition rules and SOX
• Responsible for the monthly revenue and cash receipts close, which includes journal entries posting, detailed analytics and review of transaction processing
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis
• Miscellaneous Non-Trade AR invoice management
• Enhance and drive process improvements to ensure proper accounting treatment, cross-functional alignment with company’s business strategy
• Involved in designing of automation solutions to further streamline financial data for decision making and ad hoc projects
• Handle ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by manager

About You:

• Degree in finance/accounting, with 5-7 years relevant working experiences
• Proficiency in MS application as well as Google suite
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Good time management skills and well organized
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
• Ability to grasp accounting and finance concepts quickly
• Energetic team player with the ability to build good working relationships
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and detail oriented
• Self-started and able to work independently with minimal supervision
