Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working?

This role is to join a growing Analytical Products function at Kaluza. We are a large team of both data-led and product focused Data and Analytics Engineers, pushing the boundaries of technology working at an outstanding scale. You will

  • Own the conversation around building scalable analytics platforms
  • Design and implement data infrastructure
  • Build data quality testing and tooling

We are looking for excellent engineers and whilst experience is important, ultimately less so than your proven abilities and demeanour; we see Data Engineering as a mentality.

It would be excellent if you have...

  • Extensive system design experience
  • Experience with cloud computing
  • An excitement and curiosity about Data and Analytics
  • Ability to articulate improvements within engineering for operational benefit

From us you’ll get

  • On top of a great pension scheme, you can spend an extra flex pot across a range of benefits that are most important to you - from  charity donations, to tech loans, to taking it as cash - there's a wide range of options! There's also our annual discretionary bonus scheme
  • Private Medical Insurance and Life Assurance
  • 26 days holiday, including a day off for your birthday you can take at any point
  • Flexible bank holidays, giving you an additional 8 days which you can choose to take whenever you like
  • Progressive leave policies with no qualifying service periods, including 26 weeks full pay if you have a new addition to your family
  • A dedicated personal learning budget
  • Flexible working — we trust you to work in a way that suits your lifestyle
  • And more...

Even better? You’ll have access to these benefits from day 1 when you join.
