Role DescriptionJoin the People Operations team at Form in our quest to create the world’s most enjoyable hybrid workplace!  Reporting to the Director of People Operations, the Onboarding Manager will create and be responsible for onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility.  We were tempted to call this role “Movement Manager”!

What you'll do:

  • Identify exciting and meaningful networks for Form to take part in that will benefit existing employees’ development, as well as Form’s ongoing hiring efforts.  
  • Manage all memberships and advertising opportunities for employee participation internally.
  • Create innovative onboarding experiences for new hires across all Form sites, managing onboarding as a holistic program. 
  • Empathetically tailor employee onboarding/transition experiences based on location, role etc.
  • Facilitate a fantastic experience for anyone transitioning internally at Form.
  • Map and communicate pathways for growth and internal mobility.
  • Manage offboarding to ensure a smooth transition for employees who choose to leave the company. 
  • Serve as a true bridge between the Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams.

What you'll bring:

  • Creative and thoughtful leadership
  • Empathy to all employees’ experiences
  • Clear, concise, and courageous communication 
  • Demonstrated track record of building and managing a program (6-10 years of experience)
  • Project management skills (familiarity with tools like Asana, Google Suite, GoogleCal etc)
