SUMMARY

The Experience and Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting company initiatives to enhance our team members’ experiences and promote a highly engaged, value-based culture.  This role will ensure we are listening to our people, keeping them connected and engaged through meaningful experiences (remote and onsite), ultimately building pride, a sense of community, and dedication to our mission.   

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and execute all internal company-wide Nexamp events and Boston office events to include but not limited to meeting logistics, catering, setup, and breakdown.  Align with the Social Committee to execute these events. 
  • Maintain and communicate a monthly calendar of events and experiences for team members.
  • Manage and execute our Service Day initiatives to include activities and learning events for in-office and remote workers.
  • Manage the online company store and our swag program.
  • Coordinate and manage our first day on-boarding program and our monthly new hire orientation. 
  • Own and manage our Recognition and Reward platform.
  • Maintain a pulse on the full spectrum of experiences and how they impact employee engagement.  
  • Manage the yearly eNPS survey; communication, distribution, and analysis.
  • Partner closely with team members on the People and Marketing teams to align on strategy, messaging, communications, and promotion of events to ensure that the messaging of our values is consistent. 
  • Analyze and benchmark People Operations data (turnover, employee engagement, pulse surveys, exit interviews, etc.) to gain insights, identify trends and deliver solutions to positively impact our team members experience  

 QUALIFICATIONS

The position requires 3-4 days in our Summer Street, Boston office working our core hours (9-5:30).  In addition, there are periodic evening hours required (3-4 times a month) 

A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong interpersonal and project management skillset  
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented skillset, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities  
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with other team members 
  • Experience with events coordination and events management 
  • Experience and strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working in a remote / Hybrid organization 
  • Love for a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment
