Title: National Sales Representative, Equipment Sales

Position: National Sales Representative, Equipment Sales

Position Description: The primary role is to prospect for new clients through lead follow up, networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients and ultimately sell AeroBarrier systems to qualified contractors.

The following is the outline of key responsibilities for this role:

  • Expand AeroBarrier business by establishing new installer through the sale of an AeroBarrier systems to qualified businesses, primarily, residential new construction contractors and service providers.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through various recruiting methods, including outbound calling and direct visits.
  • Follow-up on leads generated from marketing campaigns to potential customers in assigned territory.
  • Create informative presentations, Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
  • Meet or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Meet all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and presentations.
  • Maintain a pipeline of all sales activities and administration using SalesForce.com.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
  • Perform other sales related task as required by manager.

Skills and Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is recommended, but a proven background in business development or sales may be sufficient.
  • 3+ years of sales/business development experience
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
