Job Description

Redaptive is looking for a Sr. Associate Talent Management for our India team who will work closely with global leadership and be the culture champion for the Redaptive India team. The role holder will partner with business leaders to establish a long-term talent strategy that will include identifying critical jobs, determining talent gaps, assessing internal as well as external talent availability, and subsequent investments/solutions to bridge the gaps including hiring from campus and laterals, market mapping for new/key roles and maintaining a consistent pipeline of high caliber talent. We are looking for someone who thrives in an ambiguous, fast paced environment, can use great judgement to make decisions and display empathy and resilience. You will need to be creative and collaborative with problem solving and execute team wide initiatives. You will need to have uncomfortable conversations with utmost objectivity and candor while upholding the Redaptive values. Although this position will be based in Pune, the ideal candidate will exhibit a strong willingness to work with a team dispersed across India

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation, implementation, and management of Learning & Development solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and talent readiness
  • Implementation of Learning, Talent, and Competency frameworks
  • Create & update Talent profiles
  • Facilitate Talent Assessments
  • Facilitate Career conversations
  • Create and monitor Individual Development Plans
  • Work with recruitment partners & campuses to identify and recruit talent that aligns with the company culture and job requirements
  • Create and implement a strategy to build Redaptive as an Employer of Choice in India
  • Create process improvement mechanisms including automation on some of the existing processes/ tools to ensure standardization and consistency as we scale
  • Set a cadence around reporting of appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness of these initiatives

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management/ Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills – with strong attention to detail.
  • Expertise in MS office
  • Demonstrate flexibility to experiment with tasks/projects/roles
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time-sensitive matters
  • Taking end-to-end ownership and driving results
  • Keen interest in contributing to environmental sustainability and green energy
