The Opportunity:

Spend your day helping to create our call centre experience in Kelowna, BC connecting directly with the Pela community. Surprise and delight our customers with positivity and integrity. Reporting to the CX Manager, you will play a major role in our company's success by engaging with our customers, curating outstanding experiences, and elevating our service level through proactive problem-solving and care. 

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a passion for people and a commitment to delighting customers
  • Provide the highest calibre of customer service via telephone, email, and social media in a considerate, accurate, and timely manner. 
  • Be the first line of communication for customers inquiring about our products' pre and post-sale experience 
  • Be an ambassador and advocate of our brand and product lines. 
  • Problem-solve to ensure that our customers are able to have the highest quality experience possible. You will take matters into your own hands to ensure deliveries, transactions, and experiences are outstanding. 
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience by providing your insight and knowledge of our customer journey

Requirements:

  • You have experience in customer-facing roles. 
  • You have superior oral communication skills in English. 
  • You have strong people skills — you are excited by the idea of chatting with new and interesting folks.
  • You are friendly and empathetic.
  • You are a quick learner and can think on your feet.
  • You can adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and embrace new challenges.
  • You are a team player who works well with a wide range of personalities and is ready to contribute to an awesome team environment.
  • You are a self starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delights in problem solving
  • You are available to work Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm PST or Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm PST
  • Bilingual fluency in French, Spanish, Mandarin or Hindi an asset
