Who You Are

You are mechanically inclined, knowledgeable in pneumatics, minor electrical, as well as some construction. You enjoy traveling while getting paid to explore the country and develop relationships with colleagues and customers. Prior experience in the HVAC, sheet metal or construction field is preferred. Travel will be extensive based upon demo needs. Aeroseal provides travel costs including a daily meal per diem. Successful candidates will be rewarded with above-market compensation and earn hands-on training within commercial and residential buildings.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Demonstration Technician, you will be expected to utilize your keen attention to detail by learning system processes for the purpose of demonstrating a sealing event to potential clients.

Job Duties

  • Assist in setting up equipment for sealing events.
  • Clean and maintain all equipment utilized in the demo process.
  • Must either possess or gain OSHA 10 construction certification.
  • The Technician will be driving either an RV/Toy Hauler or a truck with a 24 ft trailer.
  • The Technician will be splitting driving duties with Lead.
  • Work safely at heights and in enclosed spaces.
  • Erect and dismantle ladders and scaffolds.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on the job.
  • The Technician will also assist other departments during slow periods.
  • General clean up
  • Travel required approximately 85% of the time to/from job sites.
  • The Technician will be required to keep a DOT travel log.

  • Develops an effective working relationship with peers and supervisor.

Preferred Applicant Experience

  • Work experience in mechanical/electrical or construction trade.
  • Work experience in HVAC or sheet metal trade a plus.
  • Work experience in driving while pulling a trailer.

Experience You'll Need to Do It

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Due to the nature of federal and government contracts, candidates must be able to pass a background check, including drug screening, prior to hire.
