unu is an urban mobility brand based in Berlin. Our first product was the unu Scooter Classic, an electric scooter with portable batteries launched in 2014. Our products are sold both directly to consumers and business customers, making them accessible to everyone and resulting in fair prices by eluding dealership costs. In 2020, we launched the second generation of our scooter: The unu Scooter was designed in house and completely re-designed with our partners in Germany. The new scooter offers space for two people, as well as the largest storage space and one of the fastest acceleration values in the electric scooter segment.
After establishing a strong footprint in Germany, Austria and France, we are looking to consolidate our position as one of Europe's leading e-mobility brands. With already more than 70 creative, pragmatic and solution oriented team members, we are now looking for a Senior Manager Business IT Systems (m/w/d) to join the team in unu’s headquarter in Berlin.

This is where you will make an impact...

• Overall responsibility for the unu business IT system platform (Webshop, CRM, ERP, various connected SaaS tools and services, system integration and workflow automation)
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Order Fulfilment, Customer Service and Finance to further improve quality and productivity of our business processes
• Deliver business IT solutions through various stages of process maturity: Proof of concept, MVP, increase automation, continuous improvement
• Ensure ongoing technical SaaS operations and administration, including licence & renewal management
• Orchestrate workflows across teams and systems, with our state-of-the-art integration tools
• Lead the IT Systems team, including management of freelancers & tech agencies
• Proactively manage the IT project portfolio, initiate new projects in alignment with business needs, and ensure continuous delivery of system improvements
• As you work with every team in the company, you will be at the heart of continuous change in the company and will play an active role also beyond “IT only”

You’ll be perfect for this role when...

• First of all, you should be passionate about our values (collective courage, curious connection, radical authenticity, simple perfection und creative challenger) and our vision – creating mobility solutions that fully connect people to their city
• You love to be the matchmaker between business requirements and IT systems capabilities
• You have a good understanding of business processes in Sales, Order Management, Order Fulfilment (with 3PL), and Customer Service
• You can design and build pragmatic iterative business IT solutions in a highly dynamic environment, using a no-code / low-code approach, with limited low-level customisation
• You have solid experience in managing technical operations and ongoing customisation of cloud-based CRM/ERP systems (ideally HubSpot, NetSuite, and Salesforce; webshop BigCommerce, with integration tools like Celigo, Make/Integromat, or Zapier; and payment provider Stripe)
• You are familiar with the administration of Google Suite and Atlassian Jira/Confluence
• You can easily switch between the roles of sparring partner, solution consultant, system architect, project manager, fire fighting, and even hands-on customisation
• In your previous roles, you have spent more time engaging with your business stakeholders, than time spent in system administration/operations
• You can prioritise projects and ticket backlog based on a holistic understanding of business value, available resources and functional interdependencies
• You are fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
• You are based in Berlin (relocation is encouraged)
