AMP Robotics is hiring a Senior Product Manager reporting to Senior Director of Product to focus on developing the AMP Neuron(™) product, including Vision hardware solutions and Artificial Intelligence capabilities.

As our Senior Product Manager, you will work to:

  • Drive sustaining product efforts for installed base, product innovation for next generation products, and R&D for long-term product roadmap.
  • Collect business and system requirements from internal and external customers, inclusive of metrics, service team tickets, sales team feedback, and customer interviews.
  • Create and manage the multi-year product roadmap, inclusive of backlog management and sprint prioritization across multiple engineering teams.
  • Manage engineering team development, go-to-market plans, and sales team enablement
  • Lead cadenced reporting to the executive team on business KPIs, product performance, and market trends. Use insights from product metrics to support the product team make data-based decisions.
  • Make appropriate trade-offs to achieve business goals within real-world constraints.
  • Capture feedback and insights to inform our future roadmap.
  • Enable AMP Robotics to achieve targeted business growth through excellent product performance and customer feedback loops.

The successful candidate will have:

Required:

  • Technical Aptitude. Experience with defining and developing technical product specifications, verification requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Business acumen. Demonstrated experience with business case creation and P&L impact for product line.
  • Interpersonal skills. Ability to influence across a wide range of functional areas and levels within the organization.
  • Communication. Demonstrated experience managing complex technical programs from conception through delivery and interacting with stakeholders at every level of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
  • Results oriented. The ability to stay highly organized and multi-task while maintaining great attention to detail, influence across the organization, and exercise high judgment for trade-offs.
  • Flexibility. Previous startup experience and an unwavering passion and ability to flex the scope required based on the business needs.

Preferred: 

  • 5+ years of product management experience for Vision, AI, or similar technology products
  • Proficiency with product management tools (JIRA)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or related field required

Experience: 

  • 5-8 years of product management experience

Salary & Compensation Information: $120,000 - $150,000

Benefits Information:

  • Medical - The company covers up 85% to 100% of the premium for Cigna healthcare plans depending on the selection. Employees pay the difference in premium if they select a more expensive plan. Up to 75% for dependents.
