Job Description

Macro-Eyes is recruiting a Deployment Coordinator (remote) dedicated to supporting a global health portfolio of projects. You will work in a dynamic environment and support all aspects of the day-to-day from partner relations, stakeholder engagement, product integration, and customer satisfaction.

You will work directly with a talented team of deployment managers, product managers, designers, cross-functional engineers, machine learning scientists and subject area specialists across the organization. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for collaboration and product integration. You will engage with national leaders and frontline health workers from around the world with the most advanced technology on the planet.

Your success will result in scaling life changing solutions for the world’s most vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Managers across a portfolio of development projects with new and existing deployments of machine learning technologies in multiple countries.
  • Contribute to work planning, scope of work development and maintain project-related documentation.
  • Work with the communications team on the development of internal/external briefs, reports and contracts.
  • Support and actively contribute to improved project management processes and accelerated learning.
  • Operational excellence.
  • Coordinate meetings and foster collaboration with key stakeholders including ministries of health, international donors, implementing partners, and relevant working groups.
  • Leverage strong communication skills and a passion for using data to drive better health outcomes at scale.
  • Work directly with Deployment Managers to identify opportunities to improve and expand the use of Macro-Eyes products, tools, and analytics.
  • Travel as needed to engage with our partners across the world.

What we’ll ask of you:

  • 3-5 years’ experience supporting international development initiatives in different country contexts, preferably health-related.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills including experience working on dynamic cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience working with donor funded programs, including knowledge of USAID, CDC and other international donor funding and program implementation mechanisms.
  • Comfortable working as part of a small team in a fast-paced, collaborative but unstructured environment.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
