Requirements:

• 6+ years of overall work experience as an Operations Officer/Advisor.
• 2+ years in the environmental sector or some work in helping to create a positive impact in the world.
• Can advise on operational policies and procedures.
• Can advise on planning, maintenance, and efficiency.
• Can help prepare operational reports and management reports.
• Can advise and assist with compliance, state and federal level.
• Can advise on how to drive sustainable growth and minimize losses.
• Understands the challenges of a start-up with a passion to see it quickly scale. 
• Encourages and inspires others within the company to be the absolute best they can be.
• Understands and is able to work in an environment that works as a team, helping each other achieve each other’s goals. 
• Comfortable with recommending business strategies, SWOT analysis, team member suggestions, creative concepts, etc..
• Understands the complexities of seeking and securing additional investments as the company scales.
• Has a passion for learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing.   

This position will start out as a part-time position but it turn into an OPTIONAL full-time position as the company scales. Equity will be included as part of the compensation.
