AMP Robotics is hiring an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support AMP’s CEO and helping maintain a top tier Employee Experience at our Corporate Headquarters. We’re looking for an experienced, extremely detail-oriented administrative professional in a high-visibility role, who will work closely with our founder. In this role you will provide administrative and operational support to our CEO and Office Management support for the Corporate Headquarters with focus on administrative support, event coordination, office and project management, and operations. 

As our Executive Assistant, you will work to:

  • Provide confidential support to the CEO including:
    • Use good judgment in keeping Executive Leadership Team informed to help enable the most efficient operation of the organization
    • Receive and manage confidential correspondence using discretion on information sharing
    • Scheduling and calendar management (Google Calendar) for the CEO
    • Organize and prepare meetings including presentations, logistics and other coordination
    • Provide travel assistance for CEO
    • Review and edit correspondence and documentation
  • Provide Office Management services for Corporate HQ to include:
  • Coordinate executive & company events
  • Manage Employee Recognition programs
  • Maintain office supplies and snacks at HQ
  • Partner in managing office services vendors
  • May perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience supporting Executive level leaders
  • Demonstration of strong, independent judgment and decision making
  • A passion for recycling and sustainability
  • Strong organization and communication skills to work through competing priorities
  • Task oriented and strong attention to detail 
  • Eagerness to help people find solutions and answers, even when you don’t have them

Required:

  • Strong computer skills, experience with Google Suite
  • Strong people skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment
  • 2-3 years of experience in office management or administrative role

Salary & compensation information: $55,000-$65,000

Full-Time / Salaried Employees

  • Medical - The company covers up 85% to 100% of the premium for Cigna healthcare plans depending on the selection. Employees pay the difference in premium if they select a more expensive plan. Up to 75% for dependents.
