Job Description

Hello! 👋

We are ClimateView, a climate tech company helping cities to transition to net zero. We have got a truly unique and valuable product, and we are gaining traction worldwide. Now we need a Country Director, Sales, UK.

As Country Director you will spearhead our regional sales operation, assess your market, identify opportunities, manage customer evaluations, and execute our strategy for growth.

You will be joining the commercial team led by our great CRO, Irena Badelska. You will work side by side with other country directors such as Anne (France) and Michael (DACH) and will be supported by our VP Sales Excellence, Lisen. This role reports to the VP Sales EMEA (Jørgen) and will function as a critical part of our European go-to-market strategy. You are based in the UK, preferably in the London area.

You will also closely collaborate with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product Development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of sales performance, growth, and revenue targets

  • Assess your market, identify sales opportunities, conduct outbound activities, manage customer evaluations, and execute our strategy for growth.

  • Expand the UK team as the market grows

  • Ensure the proper use of CRM (HubSpot) and other tools to track performance

  • Support Product Development, Customer Success, and Marketing in monitoring market trends and providing competitor analysis


Qualifications & skills

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent level qualification

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience within B2G sales and 3+ years of proven experience of successful SaaS sales within GovTech or B2G.

  • Experience in the climate sector is a big plus.

  • Strong hunter profile with the ability to build and develop own pipeline

  • Highly skilled relationship manager, able to demonstrate negotiation and organizational skills

  • Structured sales professional to drive a pipeline with prospects and clients throughout the sales process in CRM (HubSpot).

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills
