Why we need you:

• With that vision in mind, we are looking for a Global Site Services Lead to join our Facilities team. The goal of the Global Site Services Lead at Wisk is to coordinate several activities with vendors, event planning and reporting, while providing great customer service. The ideal candidate is professional, knows proper business etiquette, is able to handle a stressful busy environment, has the ability to collaborate, and possess top notch communication skills. You will assist the Facilities team and company at large with critical Global Support Services and related communications.

What you will do:

• Day to Day Operations
• Management of the Lease Portfolio
• Event Planning and Coordination
• Office Management and Efficiency
• Interface with vendors & organize required documentation and negotiation
• Scheduling & calendaring tasks
• Communication and Coordination
• Monthly expense reports for Facilities Credit Card and other charge accounts
• Manage Facilities Financial Reporting with Finance Team
• Maintain a Workplace with desirable Amenities
• Manage Customer requests and Backorders
• Strategize with Business and Functional Units
• Other duties as assigned by the Head of Facilities

What you have done:

• Experience with computers and Google Office Suite
• At least 5 years of experience working in an office environment
• Outstanding listening and communication skills
• Understanding of Lease Administration
• Understanding of General Accounting Principals
• Highly motivated, self starting individual with a broad set of skills and never afraid of facing complex technical challenges
• Positive team player
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred 

Desired:

• Workplace/Facilities Management Experience
• Experience in Hospitality
• Interest in aviation
