Rewiring America is growing rapidly. We seek an entrepreneurial Email Marketing Analyst. This position reports to the Head of Communications and Brand and will eventually report to the Director of Marketing.
In this newly-created position, the Email Marketing Analyst is principally responsible for building the Rewiring America email marketing program and growing its audience. This position will collaborate closely with creative and digital marketing colleagues to deliver and optimize compelling, informative and exciting content to our diverse target audiences.
The Email Marketing Analyst plays a pivotal role in designing cohorts and user journeys across our constituencies, building knowledge and sharing our electrifying work and content with the world.

The Email Marketing Analyst plays a critical role in the evolution of Rewiring America and joins a fast-paced team that operates with a sense of urgency and a track record of success in science, technology, business, policy and politics. The Email Marketing Analyst must have a creative approach to audience growth- we don’t fill inboxes without a good reason. We’re looking for someone who can see what sticks with our audiences, and use that insight to unlock the growth flywheel.

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience. Rewiring America also offers a very generous and competitive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement benefits, paid vacation, sick time and holidays and access to professional development resources.
