We are seeking a HR Operations leader for our People function who will be responsible for employee policies, HRIS,  day-to-day employee workflow, process improvement, and shared services. In this role, you will be an instrumental leader within the People team in the design and execution of employee policies and process improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead new operational practices in the world’s largest shared electric vehicle company.  You will play a critical role in helping Lime deliver an exceptional employee experience and enabling the work of HR. You will foster high levels of collaboration and coordination between HR operations and the HR Business Partners to ensure effective service delivery and agility to deliver business priorities. 


What you'll do:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate existing People operation processes  and ensure they are effective, efficient, scalable and reinforce Lime’s values; develop new processes and policies to increase consistency and further align with Lime’s culture 
  • Own all HR compliance and manage any necessary audits
  • Oversee daily workflow to ensure employee questions/inquiries are answered promptly and accurately
  • Resolve escalated complex inquiries involving payroll, analytics, and HRIS, as needed
  • Oversee employee transaction processes such as onboarding and offboarding 
  • Work with outside immigration counsel and support US employee immigration cases and procedures 
  • Work to improve automation and employee self-service 
  • Own the contingent workforce function and contractor vendor relationships

About you:

  • 6+ years  Human Resources management experience 
  • Experience leading a team; Ability to lead, influence, and motivate individuals and teams
  • Strategic thinker who is an expert in Human Resources best practices
  • Customer-centric and a desire to continuously improve 
  • Ability to bring new ideas and leverage HR expertise and operations knowledge 
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and communication skills are required
  • Must be self-directed, proactive and results-oriented

In accordance with Colorado State Law, if the candidate selected for this job resides in Colorado, the anticipated minimum salary will be $110,000.00, plus bonus and equity (when eligible), as well as benefits. Exact salary will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of management discretion and employee performance.
