What we’re looking for:

Arcadia is looking for a senior marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit to help scale our lifecycle and product marketing strategy. In this role, you will partner across the organization with Product, Creative, and Growth stakeholders to lead and implement outstanding customer journeys across our consumer and B2B audiences for our community solar product.

What you'll do:

  • Be responsible for the lifecycle marketing strategy including the day-to-day operations and execution of email and SMS campaigns including creative development, vendor management, and reporting
  • Work with email operations and agency partners to maintain email automation standard methodologies such as triggers, attributes, segmentation, and list hygiene 
  • Help develop customer journeys across product and marketing experiences for a growing suite of D2C and B2B product experiences 
  • Help conceptualize and launch marketing initiatives that increase product discovery, activation, engagement, and advocacy 
  • Collaborate with product and brand partners to help craft the positioning, driven values, and outreach strategy, for various product features and member use cases 

What will help you succeed:

  • 5 years of experience in lifecycle strategy or email marketing 
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Customer io, Braze, Iterable,)
  • A strong command of CRM best practices (segmentation strategy, list hygiene, end-to-end campaign setup and management, automation optimizations, testing strategy, template creation)
  • Ability to draw insights and optimize messaging across audiences 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Ability to build and implement email templates in HTML / CSS or with drag and drop template tools

Target Annual Compensation Range for this role will be $70,000 to $115,000. There will also be a competitive benefits and equity (bonus if applicable) component to the package. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
