Vice President - Financial Advisory / Banking

We are seeking a Vice President with 4 to 6 years of experience in investment banking or project finance to join our rapidly growing energy and renewables advisory business.

Verdonck Partners is focused on:

• Buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory for institutional investors, utilities and developers active in North American power, renewables and infrastructure
• Capital advisory (equity, debt and tax equity structuring) for renewable development platforms and developers

Responsibilities:

• Deal execution management
• Lead transaction due diligence and industry research
• Financial modeling

Requirements:

• Internal motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong interest in renewables, power and infrastructure
• Minimum 4 years of investment banking (M&A or capital markets) or project finance (at a PF bank or developer)
• Tax equity experience is a strong plus
• Attention to detail and a demonstrated work ethic
